The Surf Villa is located in the beautiful south of Fuerteventura, just a few minutes' walk from the ocean. In the charming village of La Pared, which is located on the surfing beach "El Viejo Rey" on the wild west coast of Fuerteventura.

The village of La Pared

The village of La Pared is still considered a little insider tip here in the south of the island. There is no trace of mass tourism and hotel complexes here. It is the perfect place for you if you want to come down and enjoy the sea and the nature of the island. Here you can perfectly relax and feel the natural energies generated by the sun, wind, desert and waves. You will also see the most beautiful sunsets on the island. In the village you will find a mini-market, two cafés and the newly opened beach restaurant Caretta Beach. But the Surf Villa is also perfect for an active holiday. Good waves for beginners and intermediates break on the nearby sandy beach all year round. The vastness of the surroundings also invites you to go for a walk or a jog. You can also rent a bike and explore the surroundings on two wheels or practice your turns on a skateboard. No matter how you want to move physically, this special place offers you an incredible number of possibilities.

The Surf Villa Fuerteventura

The picturesque Surf Villa in Fuerteventura was designed by architect Fritz Junkermann in the 1980s. The house and property in La Pared were mentioned several times in architectural newspapers in the following decade and also won awards. The special thing about our surf villa is that it perfectly blends in architecturally with the gentle sand hills of the surrounding area. Built from natural materials such as stone and wood, it spreads a very unique, natural charm.

The large flat "Aire", the studio "Agua", the bungalow "Fuego" and the garden flat "Tierra" are located on the Surf Villa's 1000 square metre property. All accommodation units are individually furnished and decorated in calm natural tones. There is also a large swimming pool, a sauna, an outdoor fireplace, a yoga deck, several outdoor kitchens and a stone oven for baking pizza. All flats, the bungalow and the studio each have their own bathroom, bedroom and small kitchen.

Electricity from solar energy

Because we care a lot about our planet, we have decided to install solar panels on the roof of the villa. From July 2023, our Surf Villa will be completely self-sufficient in solar energy! This saves resources and consequently also the environment. In this way, we also want to make our contribution to the climate ♥︎.

Flat Aire

The spacious flat Aire is located in the main building of Surf Villa Fuerteventura. It is semi-circular and offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is beautifully bright and lets sunlight into the interior all day long. This is ensured by small light slits that are glazed between the ceiling and walls. From the living room and the terrace, you also have an undisturbed, beautiful sea view. In the evening, you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets here.
 

Bungalow Fuego

The small, rustic bungalow Fuego is located directly by the pool of the Surf Villa. It offers a sea view and is very cosily furnished with lots of wood. The swimming pool in front of the door invites you to take a dip in the cool water. In addition to a spacious bedroom and bathroom, it also has a practical outdoor kitchen. Bungalow Fuego offers space for 2 to 3 people.

Studio Agua

The Mediterranean-style Studio Agua is located downstairs in the main house, directly by the Surf Villa pool. It has room for up to 2 people and you will find everything you need for your holiday on Fuerteventura. A bedroom and living room with kitchenette and a special dining table built from an old boat. The studio also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The highlight is the beautiful sun terrace, which is located directly by the pool and invites you to relax.

Garden Apartment Tierra

The charming garden flat Tierra is located upstairs next to the main house directly at the Canarian garden of the Surf Villa. It has a living room and bedroom, an outdoor kitchen and its own bathroom and toilet. 2 to 3 people can live here comfortably and enjoy the advantages of the sunny island. A highlight of this flat is the private sun terrace with a view of the pool and the wild Atlantic Ocean in the background.
